    Tim Burrell is the leader of the Team For YOUr Dreams. He specializes in listing homes and getting them sold. With the rest of the team "playing the other positions," Tim can concentrate on intense marketing that gets your home sold quickly. Since Tim is fully licensed in California as a practicing attorney, he has exceptional talent in writing, and reviewing contracts to protect our clients. Technology has changed Real Estate, and Tim is ahead of the changes. He is one of the elite CyberStars (tm), a nationwide group that teaches other Realtors about technology. He also has more real estate degrees than a thermometer, with the CRS designation and graduation from nearly every major nationwide training system on real estate sales. With over twenty three years experience as a Real Estate Broker, Builder and an Attorney, you cannot come up with a problem that he has not already solved. The result is better protection and a smoother, more profitable, transaction.

    Judy Burrell offers several years of experience and supports the team with many talents. She functions as a sounding board and an organizer for each member of the team, making sure that everyone has the necessary tools and guidance to excel at their jobs. Judy also manages the Team's financial resources and works very closely with Tim regarding new real estate opportunities and new marketing options. Judy is the heart of our team and the only person who can keep Tim "in line."

    Lisabeth works with our team as a Listing Coordinator. Her role is a vital one in assisting our Sellers with the many details associated with listing their home. She also makes sure that each home is featured on the team's numerous websites. A native New Yorker, Lisabeth moved to the Triangle area 20 years ago with her husband Brad. They have two daughters and enjoy spending time together and traveling. With her friendly personality, great people skills, and excellent memory for details, Lisabeth is a valuable contributor to the continued sucess of our team.

    Anthony Williams, a native Tarheel, was born and raised in North Carolina, so he can help you understand the best places to live. He attended Western Carolina University, and majored in computer science. After college, Anthony moved to Atlanta where he worked as a computer consultant and served in a number of volunteer positions. Anthony eventually became Manager of Customer Service for ProHome Atlanta, working with builders and new home construction. In this position, Anthony performed about 1,000 walkthroughs with homeowners to inspect their new home prior to closing. He has evaluated all kinds of homes from $100,000 to $1,000,000. From this management position, he learned what to expect with a home, how to listen, and how to resolve issues. Anthony moved to Raleigh to be near his children and his mother, who recently retired from a 20 year career selling real estate in the Triangle area.     As a Lead Coordinator, Maureen assists the team with the coordination of all incoming leads and existing clients.  Maureen has lived in the Raleigh area for about five years, having previously lived in Florida and Mississippi.  She and her husband, Steve, have three young children and are actively involved in the local community.
