Tim’s family has been in the Real Estate business for generations.  He started out learning solutions at the dinner table.  Next, he studied real estate law at UCLA.  After that, he practiced Real Estate Litigation in Los Angeles, California, the most litigious place on the planet.  Then, he founded Burrell Realty, a successful real estate brokerage firm and was a partner in a real estate development company.  Next, he came to North Carolina and became a successful real estate broker there.  Throughout all this time he has consistently taken more training courses and read more books on real estate.
