We will set up a search in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) using the information in this form.  If you want to see the value of your house,  select The Owner from the "I am" drop down menu, and put in your address as well as the characteristics of your house.   As soon as you submit it, we will search the MLS,  then email the results to you, all within 30 minutes.  You can see a map of what is for sale or sold,  hover over each property to get detailed informaion and look at charts and graphs about the state of the market.  You will be able to see the high and low prices for your area, the average days on the market, and how much "negotiating room" there is on a property by comparing the average asking price with the average selling price.  If you have any questions, please send an email to tim@TimBurrell.com or call (919) 812-5111
